The purpose of these videos is to convey somewhat of an answer to the common question we receive about how I prepare for out-of-body travel. People also ask what kinds of devotions and prayers I practice myself, and I've included some personal videos along with those done by others of my favorite devotional music.
After filming these videos, I had an out-of-body experience wherein I was told to emphasize the importance of FOCUS. In all matters of devotion and preparation, we must FOCUS our attentions on the goal - and the goal is not necessarily the out-of-body experiences themselves, but rather, the result of those experiences which is the energetic and internal experience of truth. So it must be said as much as possible that in all things, remember to keep the FOCUS on the goal - which is truth; and not the means to understanding energetically this truth - which may be out-of-body travel, but it may be otherwise in other people. Allow God to lead you to the goal in whichever way He may so choose, and make sure your FOCUS remains on that internal silence and peace which leads to the type of receptive space required for this path to be tread, and the goal to be reached. FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS.

'The Jesus Prayer' is an Orthodox Tradition which originated from the study of the Philokalia - the Writings of the Early Desert Fathers. In 'The Jesus Prayer' tradition, the people wanted to find a way to live out the saying of St. Paul to 'Pray without Ceasing.' They came up with a prayer which they say over and over again throughout the day as they participate in their daily work which would fulfill this admonition. Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, Have Mercy on Me a Sinner.' It was considered the perfect prayer because it acknowledges the Lordship of Christ, that he is the Son of God and our own sinfulness. It is a practice that has really caught on with me.
Another practice I'd like to share is a prayer that was given to a Catholic Mystic to atone for blasphemies against the All Holy God. 'Admirable is the name of God,' she was told, would atone for bad language, or blasphemy, for using the name of God in vain. Every single time we say this, we are atoning for a hundred blasphemies. When I hear things which I hear or say which are inappropriate, I often say interiorly or out loud - depending on the circumstances - Admirable is the name of God to atone for what I have done or heard.
